• Life Coaching

Discover what you really want in life and how to get it.

  • What is coaching for?

We all want to feel fulfilled in what we do, but sometimes it's hard to know what we should be aiming for, never-mind how to get there. Whether you already have a goal or have no direction at all, its important to know where to spend your energy for the best results.

    Health and Wellbeing

Without realising, your own health and wellbeing can become the last priority, and the one thing you never seem to have time to focus on or work towards. It also has the power to affect every other aspect of your life, whether through concentration or energy levels, or just how great you are feeling.

Whether it's with that special someone, a work colleague or a neighbour, relationships affect our every day lives and have the power to energise or drain you. Make every contact, personal, professional and social, a worthwhile and positive experience.

  • What is NLP?

    Neuro-Linguistic Programming

A collection of techniques that have been used since the 1970's to facilitate life changing results for individuals. Achieved by deeply understanding thinking processes, languages and behaviours, and how to change them for positive outcomes.

For more information see the Association for NLP website at https://anlp.org/

    How can it help me?

Be in control of your life. Believe and have confidence in yourself and your abilities. Respond positively to everyday events, upcoming challenges and changes. Identify goals and personal priorities. Relief from anxiety. Freedom from a phobia.

  • How does it work?

    Initial Contact

A free initial telephone or video call consultation of up to 30 minutes (or email if preferred) to discuss and agree what you want to achieve, how coaching can help and how we will make it happen.

Just complete the below form to get in touch. Please let me know how you would like me to respond in the first instance - an email or a call.

    In Person Consultations

Consultations can take place in person whether in a clinic setting, at your offices, or even in your local park! Wherever you feel comfortable and have the space to focus on yourself.

I am based on the Lancashire/Greater Manchester border and am flexible as to venue location.

Whilst currently unavailable due to COVID19, video calling has proven very successful and in fact, has made coaching more accessible for more people.

    Video Calling Consultations

Through various mediums, this enables consults to take place face to face and can make consultations more regular and support easier to obtain when you need it most.

Once an appointment is arranged I send you the invite which has a link ready to simply click on to start our conversation, using either your computer, tablet, or mobile.

    Telephone Consultations

Short regular reviews to ensure you have the right level of ongoing support during the coaching process, if you require them.
